Can I get a discount off my car or fleet insurance if I fit a
Textracker? |
|
Yes you can,
but not all insurers offer their customers a discount, you will
need to ask them. Textlink can recommend an insurance company
who do offer private, commercial & fleet insurance discounts. |

How long will I have to wait for my product to arrive? |
|
Textlink
hold a buffer stock of all their products. Generally
products are shipped at 3.00 pm the following day for a next day
delivery. If ordering large quantities you will be notified of
the shipping date. |

Can I download the mapping software MapPoint 2006 from an
internet site? |
|
Yes there
are some sites that advertise you can, but it is 1.7GB in size
and they will request some form of payment for downloading it. We
strongly advise that you do not attempt to do this as it may
contain backdoor software and viruses. The legal Microsoft
version is on DVD and is available from our shop. |

What countries do the MapPoint Textracker and the other Textlink products work in? |

The MapPoint Textracker operates in any country that is
supported by the Microsoft mapping software.

operate throughout the

Can I become a re-seller of the Textlink products? |
|
We do not
have any re-sellers as we sell our products direct, this enables
us to keep the price of the products at an affordable level
for our customers. You can purchase
products in volume and re-sell. |
