An Interface Module that can be connected to almost any application that requires alarm or condition monitoring. It is more commonly used as a wireless phone dialler that when connected to a home security intruder alarm system and in the event of any alarm condition, break-in, it will send out an SMS text alarm warning message to both the users mobile phone and any landline.

Textlink's GSM Interface Module is supplied with a wiring harness and the Textlink instruction CD. Operates using any choice of network PAYG Sim card inserted in the module.

Option - O2 Sim Card with £10 Credit
 

Enabled for use with the Interface Module, an O2, PAYG Sim card with £10 of credit on it. That is equivalent to 400 messages. Alarm SMS text messages sent from the module to your mobile phone will cost 2.5p each. A Top-Up card is supplied to add more credit if required.

Option - Add Battery Back-Up
 

Fitted to the GSM module unit a re-chargeable battery back-up pack which will keep the module powered in the event of the external battery being disconnected or if the wiring has been tampered with. The battery pack will last for 7 to 10 days with no external 12v supply connected. The battery back-up option is not required if you are fitting this module into a device that already has a battery back-up system. i.e. A home security alarm system..
